A Girl From Norway....

We are very excited to have Marit from Norway stay with us for the next year!  We have prepared her bedroom fit for a queen!  Skylar cannot wait to have a big sister!

Bob and Joyce visit John Deere Cylinder

Andrea's parents came to visit at work today at John Deere Cylinder.  They took a factory tour and ate lunch in the cafeteria with everyone!  They look so cute in their hard hats.

Baseball season is here!

It's that time of year again, and sadly, Steve's last year to play high school baseball :(  It's very excited to see him pitching...

Tom and I were the DJ's for a St Patrick's Day party at Leaman's Bar & Grill in Geneseo!

Andrea's Birthday in Chicago

Before the train ride

Tom and I took the Amtrak train to Chicago for my birthday to spend the weekend there.  He had never been on a train before, and we had a great trip!  We had to drive an hour to get on the train, and it took about 2 hours to get to Chicago.  Tom's cousin, Ryan, picked us up at the train station downtown.  From there we went to Ryan's apartment, and later went to dinner and out for drinks.

The next morning Tom and I went to the Science Museum and saw a full T-Rex dinosaur skeleton!  We spent about 3 hours walking around the museum, and ended up walking downtown along Lake Shore Drive.

With Buddy Guy

That night we went to Buddy Guy's Jazz Club, and we had the privilege of seeing the world famous Buddy Guy sing on stage with the club band, and we also got his autograph and he took a photo with us!  It was an amazing trip and I can't wait to go back to Chicago soon!
